We all know that,brittle fracture is fatal flaw for mining screen. In order to avoid brittle fracture, we have adopted special
advanced annealing process according to different steel materials,
therefore tensile strength and cross-section shrinkage of our
screen can reach best effect,ensure the wire will not brittle under
the maximum strength.
To choose a suitable aperture for the product size you need , you
have to consider below factors :
- The open area of screen mesh
- Wire diameter of screen mesh
- The inclination of screen mesh
- Shape of the product
- The rate of feed of material to screen mesh
- The size of feed of material to screen mesh
- Moisture content of the product
- The location of deck
- Screen speed
Ps: for screen meshes with same size opening, increasing open area
can decrease wear life, decreasing open area can increase wear
life.
